BiG Cardio Fitness & Fun Day

Bring your family, friends and associates and join 4KIDS of South Florida for a day of fitness, forum and fun. The day will start off early with a 5K run and continue with a kickin’ cardio class led by professional fitness instructors and Special Guest Presenter Tae Bo Creator Billy Blanks, or a threshold buster boot camp workout with former Dolphin Trent Gamble. The kids (age 6+) will endure a workout of their own with MMA World Champion Brian Fuery in the KidFit Class, or a challenge in the Miami Dolphins Gatorade Training Camp for kids age 6-14.

And for the sports enthusiast, there will be adult sports tournaments, too, in Hoops, Flag Football and Soccer. And your whole family will enjoy spending time in the Chick-fil-A Family Fun Zone with facepainting, bounce houses, activities, rock climbing wall and more. And when you've had plenty of activity and need a rest, refresh yourself in the Publix Food Court where for a reasonable fee, your family can enjoy a variety of different foods from around the world.

Then have a seat in the main staging area and enjoy our panel of speakers and guests giving health and fitness talks, demos, entertainment and more. And don't forget to climb into an Ocean View pedicab and enjoy a relaxing ride through the park. What ever you choose, just make sure you mark your calendar to be there!

All proceeds will benefit abused, neglected or abandoned children in South Florida.
